What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear whatever makes you comfortable, but keep in mind that in most cases oil will be used during your massage. If you’ll be keeping clothes on during your session (such as for chair massage or a stretching session), choose something easy to move in. Oil is not used for fully clothed massages.
